To create scripts
Before you create a script, write it down on paper first. Break it into logical sections prompted by positive, negative, and maybe responses. This helps you structure your script correctly when entering it.
1. From Exposition, select Set up tables > Set up scripts to open the Set up sales scripts window.
2. Select (New Script) from the Scripts drop-down list. This opens the New Script Name window.
3. Enter a Script Name and click Save to return to the Sales Script Entry window.
4. Click New.
5. Enter a Section Name for the script and Script Text for the section. For example, Section 1 might be your introductory comments in which you state the name of your organization and end with a question, such as "Are you familiar with our organization?"
6. Click Save.
7. Repeat this process for each section you create. Each section is based upon a response or "prompt" to the previous section.
8. Create section prompts after creating all of your sections:
□ Select a script section.
□ Click Prompts to open the Section Prompts window.
□ Connect the prompts for the selected section.
□ Repeat this step for each prompt that you create.
□ Click Save.
